My Account is a convenient online portal that consolidates everything in one location. Log in to access your business energy account, and you will have the capability to:

  • Access your invoices
  • Enter self meter read

  • View usage and supply charges
  • Organise your next move

Whether you are a new or existing Blue NRG customer, log into My Account using your email address associated with your account. If you’re new to My Account, visit the My Account login page, choose the reset/create password option, and then simply follow the prompts.

Peace of mind setting up Direct Debit
Streamline your payment process and ensure you never miss paying a bill by setting up Direct Debit in My Account. Log in to setup Direct Debit.

All invoices in one place
Log into My Account to access all your invoices in the one place anytime, anywhere. You can also download copies of your invoices. Log in to view your invoices.

View your usage and supply charges
You can view your average daily usage in days, weeks, months or in a billing period within My Account. You also have the option to download detailed usage information, complete with a daily breakdown of the average daily usage over your chosen date range. Log in to view usage.

Self meter read
Customers who have a basic meter can enter their meter read within My Account to be provided accurate monthly billing and avoid estimated billing. Log in to add self meter read data.

Moving your business to another location
If you are an existing customer, you can organise your energy for when your business moves to a new location. Log into move.

Small Business

The following table sets out per annum consumption thresholds that apply to an individual supply address of a small business customer.

If your business uses less than or equal to (≤) the amount of electricity (per annum) listed in the table below, it’s likely that you are operating a small business.

Victoria ≤ 40 MWh
New South Wales ≤ 100 MWh
Queensland ≤ 100 MWh
South Australia ≤ 160 MWh

These are our terms of using the Blue NRG bill comparison tool

  1. This bill comparison service is only available to business customers.
  2.  This bill comparison only considers the rates, discounts and usage in the bill you upload.
  3. It assumes that the usage in the uploaded bill is representative of your average usage, and applies that usage to a 12 month period.
  4. It assumes that your current provider’s rate and Blue NRG’s rates do not change.
  5. Your future bills and potential savings will depend on how much you actually use and the rate that applies.
